When the Service Manager, PI, or Deputy PI invites the users they will receive an invitation email if the invited user has an an existing CSCS account then the user clicks on the URL from the email and log-in with a username, password, OTP, and accept the invitation whereas if the invited user is new then the user needs to follow the step-by-step instructions below instructions to get an account.

  1. On accessing the URL, the user will be redirected to the first step of registration where he can click on "Create a new account" or "Decline" the invitation

  • Clicking the "Create a new account" button will lead the user to the 2nd step where he needs to provide his personal information as shown below

  • Enter the OTP, Device name and click on Submit to complete the MFA setup

  • Finally, the The User will land on the new portal for the first time where it asks the user to accept or decline the invitation
