The priority associated to your account is adjusted according to the usage of your budget during a three-month allocation period.
The scheduler expects a linear usage with time, therefore your jobs will have a lower priority if your usage is super-linear.
Please note that manually adjusting the priorities is not possible, as it would prevent a fair share of the computing resources among our users.
