If you want to copy your output files from a CSCS production system to your local client, outgoing connections will work if your client has a static IP address. In case you need to transfer a large amount of data from your local platform to your folder under /project or /store at CSCS or vice versa, you should use the data transfer service.
Please note that large data transfers are more efficient if you archive files together with the tar linux utility. |
