The Slurm workload manager organizes group of compute nodes into logical (possibly overlapping) sets called partitions. You can check the Slurm partitions with the commands provided below.

Step-by-step guide

  1. The command sinfo -a -l gives a list of all the available partitions on the system

  2. Type scontrol show partition <partition_name> If you wish to check a specific partition

  3. Without specifying a partition, you will see the details of all the partitions visible on the system
