Problem

The Cray Programming Environment provides several scientific libraries, however the module naming convention might be different with respect to users experience.

Solution

TPSL (Third Party Scientific Libraries) is the acronym of the module cray-tpsl  containing a collection of mathematical libraries.

The cray-tpsl  libraries can be used together with the PETSc and Trilinos libraries for solving problems in dense and sparse linear algebra.

The module cray-tpsl is automatically loaded when cray-petsc  or cray-trilinos  is loaded.

The libraries included in the module are Hypre, SuperLU, SuperLU_dist, MUMPs, ParMetis, Sundials, and Scotch.

Please have a look at module help cray-tpsl on Cray systems for more information.
